About the role

To audit the accuracy of the inventory records.

What you will be doing

Perform daily loaction audits.  Compare results of physical audit with Business system records to determine variance. Recount items with questionable variance.  Post all variances to correct inventory levels.  100% of locations should be counted annually.

Perform audit of one LIFT tray per month.

Perform Quarterly audits of QA Cage and inventory held offsite.

Report weekly progress of cycle counts and accuracy level to Finance Manager.

Transact and physically dispose of obsolete, slow moving, and quality inventory on an as needed basis.

About you

High School Diploma or equivalent

Aptitude for problem solving and detail oriented

Able to learn to use scales, overhead crane and forklifts, and other material handling equipment

Able to learn to use the operating system as it pertains to material control

Able to interact with production personnel, as well as production planning

Good math skills

Able to lift up to 40 lbs/18 kgs

Good understanding of ICW's quality system

Good communication skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Safety and Quality conscious
