About the role

1. Continues improvement on quality and productivity for existing product by fixture/tooling redesign, introduce new process method and product design change. 

2. Provide day-to-day maintain on production, timely provide technical support to quality and production issues. 

3. Support mass production products IPN 

What you will be doing

1. Continuous improve on process capability, products quality and production productivity by improving process methods.

2. Provide day-to-day technical support to production, ensure technical issues be solved timely 

3. Maintain engineering data in business systems or engineering system by timely setup and update.

4. Training operators on product and process to ensure manufacturing quality and efficiency

5. Lead on tech transfer project, build team and conduct all documentation/fixture/tooling/ layout/training/ERP system/material is ready before production run.

6. New process / technology development and promotion

7. Early involve in new product development stage, understand and provide technical input on new product. Attend new product transfer meeting; ensure all major issues are closed before production.

About you

1. bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

2. Minimum 5 years’ working experience on product assembly process/fixture development, and knowledge on automatic fixture/equipment development.

3. Demonstrate experience on process documentation and tools, including Poka Yoke/PFMEA/Control Plan/SOE(WI)/Process capability analyze/line balance/cycle time study/DOE etc.

4. Good English command for both of reading and speaking 

5. Demonstrate experience in project management

6. Good communication skills
