About the role

Southco is executing a Market-Led transformation across its Core and growth businesses, supported by three major concurrent programs in 2026: a DXP web replatforming, a TPI and Southco brand and values refresh, and the PROS pricing implementation. This position plays a key role in delivering the creative output these programs require. The role serves as the primary US-based resource within a globally distributed design network that includes the Graphic Designer (UK), a digital and web agency, and the Southco India shared services marketing team. The US location provides Americas time zone coverage for corporate and regional design needs, with close collaboration with the Content Strategist to ensure visual and editorial alignment. Core output includes email imagery, social media graphics, web banners, video editing, presentations, and brand collateral in support of launches, campaigns, and corporate communications. The position reports to the Global Head of Digital Marketing, Communications and Operations (currently being recruited) and operates day-to-day under the creative direction of the Senior Graphic Designer.

What you will be doing

  1. Designs and produces creative assets across digital and print channels, including email imagery, social media graphics, web banners, internal presentations, and brand collateral, in support of the Market-Led transformation program and ongoing marketing and communications activity. Measured by quality, on-brand consistency, and on-time delivery of creative output.
  2. Serves as the primary US time zone creative resource for corporate and regional design requests, working in close collaboration with the Content Strategist to ensure visual and editorial alignment, and coordinating with the Senior Graphic Designer (UK), digital agency, and India shared services team as part of the global creative network.
  3. Edits, and produces video content in support of corporate video production requirements, ensuring quality output in alignment with brand and communications standards.
  4. Collaborates with the Senior Graphic Designer and broader global design team to maintain brand consistency across all creative output, escalating complex or strategic creative requests as appropriate and acting as backup design resource during peak demand or absence.
  5. Is responsible for determining specs and obtaining appropriate quotes from production vendors and is responsible for these vendors in delivering on-time, on-budget, quality service. Also responsible for accurate graphic file proofing of all publications before printing, reviewing and approving printer proofs and responsible for final print quality output.
  6. Responsible for properly identifying, maintaining and updating department graphic project files and file archives in a manner which can be intelligently accessible by all members of the Marcom team - globally.
  7. Responsible for proper purchasing, archiving, renewing and managing of managed rights photography, artwork etc. Is also responsible for necessary maintenance of graphic computers and software to minimize department downtime and maximize department efficiency.

About you

  1. BA degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
  2. Complete Apple MAC familiarity a must with advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, i.e. Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.. Figma and other web design tools preferred.
  3. 3+ years of experince in graphic design
  4. Knowledge of print file preparation preferred; experience producing digital, web, email, and social assets required.
  5. Willingness to travel up to 15% (domestic and international)
  6. Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, email, and print
