About the role

•    Run and manage a full cell of injection-molding machines like it's your own shop floor.

•    Accurately count, box, package, weigh, and record completed product.
•    Work confidently within SAP to keep production data on point.
•    Interact with real-time production monitoring systems and modern robotics/automated equipment.
•    Bring your ideas to continuous improvement events, JDIs, and CIs.
•    Team up with your cell to minimize downtime and drive OEE higher.
•    Champion 5S standards and follow department work instructions and SOEs to keep work standardized.

About you

•    High School Diploma or equivalent.
•    Excellent mechanical skills and hands-on ability.
•    Solid math skills and comfort using measuring instruments.
•    An eagerness to learn SPC (Statistical Process Control) and read blueprints.
•    Great communication skills and a genuine team-player mindset.
•    Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
•    Physical readiness for a hands-on production role — including standing, walking, climbing stairs, using both hands/arms for reaching, gripping and repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 55 lbs (floor to 48") as needed.
