About the role
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Role
This role will help build the core planning, forecasting and analytical rhythms that connect TPI's three platforms and provide enterprise-level insight to senior leadership. The position offers broad exposure across the portfolio and the opportunity to grow with the function as the organization evolves.
The successful candidate will bring strong FP&A fundamentals, curiosity and a collaborative style. The role requires someone who can work effectively across decentralized businesses, learn how each operation creates value, and use analysis and consistent data to influence rather than rely on formal authority.
What you will be doing
This newly created position will add dedicated FP&A capacity to the Corporate Finance team, building on existing planning, forecasting and analytical activities. Working closely with Corporate Finance and Strategy colleagues, the individual will develop an understanding of TPI's businesses, operating context and financial models, while progressively taking on greater responsibility for recurring FP&A activities and supporting broader enterprise-level analysis.
Core Responsibilities
Enterprise Analysis & Business Partnership
•Build and maintain trend analysis across TPI and by platform, including gross margin, absorption, headcount, inventory, working capital and other key operating drivers.
•Identify outliers and areas requiring deeper review, translating financial and operational data into clear questions and actionable insight.
•Establish a productive cadence with platform and regional finance leaders to improve comparability of definitions, timing and management reporting while respecting the operating model and maturity of each business.
•Support businesses, as needed, in strengthening FP&A disciplines, tools and analytical capability through partnership, coaching and practical solutions.
Budgeting & Forecasting
•Support the corporate annual planning process, including calendar, templates, key assumptions and escalation paths.
•Consolidate business- and platform-level budgets and forecasts, including variance explanations and enterprise P&L movement analysis.
•Build and maintain a dynamic rolling enterprise forecast that highlights changes in outlook, key drivers and emerging risks or opportunities.
•Own corporate-function budget setup and actuals tracking in partnership with functional leaders.
Cash Flow & Treasury Partnership
•Partner with the Global Controller/Treasurer to develop and maintain a corporate cash-flow forecasting process.
•Develop scenario and stress-test models to support liquidity planning, capital allocation and financial decision-making.
•Support debt covenant tracking and compliance modeling in partnership with Treasury, which retains responsibility for cash execution and banking relationships.
Corporate FP&A Reporting & Decision Support
•Support enterprise-wide management reporting and the preparation of consolidated financial outlooks for senior leadership.
•Refresh recurring models and scenarios used in Board and senior-management materials.
•Provide occasional modeling support for M&A or corporate-development evaluations, as needed.
Systems, Data & Automation
•Build and maintain FP&A templates, models and analytical tools used across corporate and platform finance.
•Partner with Controllership on planning-system and data-architecture decisions that enable consistent, automated management reporting.
•Identify and implement opportunities to automate recurring analysis and reporting cycles and improve data quality and transparency.
About you

•Demonstrated proficiency in building financial models and analytical approaches that connect operating drivers to financial outcomes, with the ability to communicate findings clearly to finance and business leaders.
•Strong analytical curiosity; able to move from “what happened” to “why it happened” and identify the next question to investigate. Candidates may bring this through progressive FP&A experience or broader finance roles with demonstrated analytical ownership.
•Experience in manufacturing or another operationally complex environment strongly preferred; familiarity with margin, absorption, inventory, costing and working-capital drivers is highly valuable.
•Collaborative, low-ego approach and the ability to build relationships and drive alignment without formal reporting authority.
