About the role
As the Corporate Development Project Manager, you will give TouchPoint’s senior leadership dedicated program management and target research capacity. You will be the operational backbone that keeps enterprise initiatives and M&A workstreams moving forward on clear timelines with visible accountability, no matter which executive’s office they come from. This frees senior leaders to focus on judgment and relationships rather than tracking. You will also find and surface the acquisition targets that feed our deal pipeline. You will work through the VP of Corporate Development, who sets priorities across the initiatives of six senior leaders.
What you will be doing
- Managing enterprise initiatives. You will build and maintain project plans, timelines, and status tracking for initiatives spanning Corporate Development, the CEO, CFO, CHRO, Legal, and IT, as well as M&A diligence and integration workstreams. You will surface risks and dependencies before they cause delays.
- Driving accountability. You will run the cadence of check-ins, status updates, and follow-up on action items across all six leaders’ workstreams, so that commitments made in meetings are tracked to closure regardless of which function owns the deliverable.
- Producing executive-ready reporting. You will create the status decks and dashboards that keep initiatives and deal workstreams visible, at a quality that needs minimal rework, for audiences up to the CEO.
- Researching acquisition targets. You will research industries, markets, and companies to find and evaluate potential acquisition targets, and turn your findings into target profiles and screens for the VP and platform leaders.
- Owning the Deal Flow CRM. You will manage the administration and adoption of the Deal Flow CRM, including tracking platform leader engagement, as the system of record for pipeline volume and quality metrics.
- Using AI as a daily tool. You will use AI tools to speed up and improve research, dashboarding, and project tracking as a standard part of how you work.
- Coordinating across functions. You will gather status updates and inputs from counterparts in HR, Legal, Finance, and IT, and push back, including with senior stakeholders, when what you receive doesn’t hold up.
- Balancing competing priorities. You will work with the VP of Corporate Development to prioritize and sequence competing demands across the six leaders when bandwidth is limited.
How you will be making an impact
You will be the reason TouchPoint’s most important initiatives and deals stay on track. By giving the executive team clear visibility and dependable follow-through, you will let them spend their time on strategy, relationships, and decisions instead of chasing status. Your target research will directly shape the acquisition pipeline that fuels TouchPoint’s growth. This role offers unusual exposure to the full senior leadership team and a front-row seat to live deal work.
