About the role
Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing a specific production area or team within a manufacturing facility. Their primary objective is to ensure efficient operations, maintain product quality, and meet production targets while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
Compensation: $85,000-$100,000
Plus 10% Shift Differential!

- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Investigating and reporting accidents and near-miss incidents
About you
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree preferred)
- Three to five years manufacturing experience, supervisory experience preferred.
- Significant technical background and skills to manage and develop the department(s)
- Interpersonal skills that promote a high level of communication and understanding
- Ability to work in and promote a team environment
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a positive environment
- Good organizational skills
- High knowledge and understanding of the quality and business systems
- Safety and Quality conscious
